Highway Transport holds 3-day professional development seminars entitled HOT Training to strengthen the company for long-term success. Employees from Highway Transport locations nationwide visit headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee. Hot is an acronym for Highway Organizational Training.

At the conclusion of “HOT,” employees were given a hot pepper to commemorate their time at corporate headquarters. “Actually, the pepper is like a foam stress-ball…a stress-pepper, so to speak ha ha!”
