A November evening in Chattanooga was a great time for honoring Lydell Summerville and Dexter Ratliff.

Marshall Franklin says, “I’m so grateful for Dexter. He represents the top talent in our driving fleet. The roads are safer when drivers like Dexter are at the helm.”
Dexter also serves from time to time as a driver trainer. His guidance and insights play an important role in Highway’s training program. For many years, Dexter worked as a Knoxville regional driver. He hauled many loads to and from Knoxville’s Dow Rohm and Haas plant. In 2016, Dexter re-located to Chattanooga.
