In 2017, Highway Transport was named “Carrier of the Year” by Dow Chemical.

Can you believe 2018 is far away in the rearview mirror? We celebrated and commemorated throughout 2018. Highway’s 70th Year was one of those milestones that became more about the future than the past. Highway Transport’s professional system truck drivers enjoyed the arrival —throughout spring & summer— of 75 of the newest Mack Anthems added to our fleet. Highway’s first Anthem rolled onto the Knoxville yard on April 12th.
As a company, we began 2018 by launching a special commemorative video.
2019 Mack Anthems
We celebrated in small ways throughout 2018 with fun items such as hats, pins, stress balls, cooling towels, and key chains. We saw major infrastructure improvements such as paving, painting, and remodeling.

The future plan is to increase business throughout the southeastern U.S. Specifically, expansion is expected to take place in Louisiana near Geismar service center and in Lake Charles, LA.
