Michelle Rayfield, managing director human resources at Highway Transport, has been in the transportation industry for 10 years. She serves on the Knoxville Chamber Talent Council, is a board member for East Tennessee Compensation and Benefits Association, and is a partner for Knox County Schools 865 Academies (Introducing Students to Careers in Transportation).

Pamela Randol, professional chemical tank truck driver at Highway Transport, has been a professional truck driver for 25 years. She is a U.S. Army Veteran and was a National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) Driver of the Year finalist.
