Congratulations to Steve Mitchell, Equipment Cleaning Manager in Knoxville and the latest recipient of the Blue Shield Award! Over the past year, Steve worked with our dedicated Chicago General Service team during the absence of a service center manager. Steve exhibited remarkable resilience and initiative, operating efficiently in difficult circumstances. Together the team was able to ensure the continuous operation of equipment and the timely ordering of necessary parts. In addition, team members not only successfully cleaned the first MDI trailer in Chicago but also consistently delivered outstanding service to our valued customers. A huge thank you to Steve for his leadership in these areas.
