2021 NTTC Annual Conference and Exhibitions. Throughout the three days of the Conference, National Tank Truck Carriers organization will recognize the highest caliber of safety performance that the industry has to offer by awarding both the William A. Usher Sr. Award to the Professional Tank Truck Driver of the Year and the Heil Trophy to the North American Safety Contest winners, respectively granted to the professional driver and companies who demonstrate the greatest commitment to operational safety.
